Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix 2026

Formula 1 returned to the Sepang International Circuit from 2 to 4 October 2026 after a nine-year absence, hosting the relocated Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix. Anggun Agro Sdn. Bhd. was given the opportunity to sell its ready-to-eat meals at a booth in the G Hill Stand area. Our participation was sponsored by the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (JHEV).

Lawatan Industri DPMM Negeri Kedah

DPMM Kedah visited Anggun Agro Sdn. Bhd. in Baling to explore its retort technology, food production, and OEM services for Ready-to-Eat (RTE) and Ready-to-Cook (RTC) products. The visit also highlighted Anggun Agro’s award-winning Retort Salted Egg and its potential to help entrepreneurs develop their own food brands.

Ekspo Makanan Selamat Warisan Kedah (MSWK) bersama Program Premis Bersih, Bebas Asap (BeBAS) tahun 2026

The Kedah Heritage Food Safety Expo (MSWK), held in conjunction with the Clean and Smoke-Free Premises Programme (BeBAS) 2026, took place from 25 to 26 September 2026 at iCON YAN, Guar Chempedak, Kedah. During the event, Anggun Agro Sdn. Bhd. received a Certificate of Appreciation for successfully obtaining the Food Safety is the Responsibility of the Industry (MeSTI) certification from the Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH).

Malaysia International Halal Showcase (MIHAS 2026)

The 22nd Malaysia International Halal Showcase (MIHAS 2026) took place from 23 to 26 September 2026 at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC) in Kuala Lumpur. Anggun Agro was selected to participate in the business-matching programme, where we engaged with 11 companies: two from Vietnam, three from Singapore, three from Japan, and one each from Kenya, China, Egypt and Senegal.

Malaysia Agriculture, Horticulture and Agrotourism Exhibition (MAHA)

Anggun Agro was given the opportunity to operate booths at two locations during the MAHA event: the Agro Food Fiesta area and the Kedah Pavilion. We showcased and sold our signature product, Retort Salted Eggs, along with other retort meals featuring rice, beef, and lamb.

Anugerah Inovasi Jabatan Perkhidmatan Veterinar (DVS)

The Anugerah Inovasi Jabatan Perkhidmatan Veterinar (DVS) is an annual innovation awards programme organised by the Department of Veterinary Services Malaysia (DVS) under the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security (KPKM). Anggun Agro Sdn Bhd won first place in the Product Innovation category.

Kolej Komuniti from Sik, Kedah Visit to Factory

Anggun Agro’s factory started to receive interest from the educational segments. The first collage that set up meeting was Kolej Komuniti from Sik. We agreed to receive their students for industrial training to support their programs.

Department of Veterinar Service (DVS) Kedah visit to factory

DVS is the second government agency that also showed interest in our Retort service and products. They visited our factory with their top management team. After that, we have engaged with DVS with many other programs

Karnival Road to jam Mega Zon Tengah under Lembaga Pertubuhan Peladang Negeri Kedah

We were also invited to join special carnival under Lembaga Pertubuhan Peladang. It was a one day event with a lot of opportunities.

Being one of Kedah base entrepreneurs, KEDA has identified Anggun Agro as a potential factory to provide assistance. Then, we were selected in KEDA coaching program and awarded grant of RM10,000 for packaging improvement

Baling Veterinar Programme: Entrepreneur Sharing

Anggun Agro was invited to share our experience in the production of retort products for Veterinar entrepreneurs. The programme was held in DVS Baling office and our sharing was heard by more than 25 entrepreneurs that are interested to collaborate

FAMA was the first government agency that showed interest in our products and services. Once they knew us, the factory visit was arranged.

Hari Peladang, Penternak dan Nelayan (HPPNK) Peringkat Negeri Kedah 2025
